We want you to be happy with PDF Junky. If it's not the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
How it works
- Request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.
- Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request one directly at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email us at support@affiliateprogrampro.com and we'll help you through Paddle.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to paid features ends and your subscription is cancelled. You won't be charged again. Refunds usually arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't automatically trigger a refund for the current period (use the money-back guarantee above for that).
